Subtly beautiful and poignant in its own right, the score for Eliaichi Kimaro’s film, A Lot Like You, finds Pete Droge blending folk-tinged acoustic guitar with ambient soundscapes, and even some re-working of material from his 2006 release, Under the Waves. The result is an intimate and cohesive marriage of picture and score.
